OREANDA-NEWS. The Supreme National Security Council of Iran developed 13 options for responding to killing of General Qasem Soleimani by Americans.

This was stated on January 7 by the Secretary of the Council, Ali Shamkhani. “To date, 13 options for revenge have been presented in the Security Council,” he said. Shamkhani also added that the realization of any of them would be a “nightmare” for the Americans.

The politician explained that he can not disclose to the media too much information about those options. He also noted that the Security Council has complete information about the equipment and the personnel of 19 US military bases located near Iran’s borders.

Earlier on the very day, the Iranian parliament unanimously passed a bill which recognized the United States Armed Forces and the Department of Defense as terrorist organizations.
