OREANDA-NEWS. The security subgroup at the negotiations on the Donbass in Minsk could not find compromise solutions on new withdrawal of forces from the contact line. This was announced by the representative of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) in the subgroup Aleksey Nikonorov.

“At the last meeting, proposals from our side were submitted. They indicated the boundaries and coordinates of the sectors, as well as full argumentation for the proposals of both parties. Unfortunately, at the moment we have not received any compromise proposals from the Ukrainian side. We are ready for a compromise, but not through unilateral concessions that will lead to a deterioration in the positions of our units, as the Ukrainian side suggests,” the press service of the DPR Representative’s Office in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination quotes Nikonorov.
