Czech President Milos Zeman Discharged from Hospital
OREANDA-NEWS. Czech President Milos Zeman was discharged from the Central Military Hospital in Prague. He has been in clinic for treatment since October 10. This was told by Czech TV. «The President Milos Zeman left the Central Hospital on Thursday, he was transported to the country residence of «Lana», where he will undergo a course of home treatment», the message says.
Earlier it became known that Czech President Milos Zeman is not yet able to fulfill his duties, the doctors treating him said on November 5. At the same time, it was noted that the condition of the Czech leader has improved. Zeman can communicate, but he does it with great difficulty. He was supposed to suffer from hepatic encephalopathy.
Later, surgeon Pavel Pavko, who is a member of the medical council for monitoring Zeman's health, called his diagnosis. According to the doctor, the head of state suffers from cirrhosis of the liver.
The Government of the Czech Republic under the leadership of the Prime Minister of the Republic Andrei Babis has resigned. The corresponding decision was made after the defeat of his party ADO («Action of Dissatisfied Citizens») in the elections to the country's parliament. The government will carry out its duties until a new cabinet is formed.
