Democrat Joe Biden, who, according to the estimates of the American media, won the presidential election in the United States, does not rule out filing a lawsuit against the administration of the incumbent head of state, Donald Trump, which has not yet recognized Biden as president-elect. At the same time, the politician believes that it is better to try to negotiate with the Republicans.

“We haven’t ruled it out,” Biden said at a press conference in Wilmington being asked whether his headquarters is considering filing a lawsuit against the US presidential administration and the General Services Administration (agency responsible for coordinating the transfer of power between administrations). The Democratic candidate also said that the trial will take a long time and it is better to try to directly interact with the Republicans on this issue.

The US elections were held on November 3. Trump intends to challenge the election results, since his headquarters reported of numerous violations.
