OREANDA-NEWS.  Vladimir Putin had a telephone conversation with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte.

The President expressed his sincere condolences following yesterday’s air disaster over Ukrainian territory, in which a Malaysia Airlines plane went down with all on board killed. The majority of passengers were Dutch citizens.

Mr Putin said a comprehensive and objective international investigation into the circumstances and causes of the disaster is essential, and this makes it all the more urgent to declare an immediate and unconditional ceasefire in southeast Ukraine.
