OREANDA-NEWS.   According to Mr Kadyrov, the socio-political situation in Chechnya is stable with positive dynamics across the key economic indicators. Plans are in place to attract investments worth 128 billion rubles [USD 3.6 billion] in Chechnya over the 2013-2016 period. Small and medium-sized businesses are developing, and unemployment is decreasing.
