OREANDA-NEWS. December 25, 2012. The President emphasized the importance of enhancing the economization of Ukrainian foreign policy, particularly in promotion of Ukrainian products to the new markets and attraction of foreign investments to Ukraine. It was stated by the President in the course of introduction of the new Minister of Foreign Affairs.

“We must do everything in order to preserve our traditional markets and - in some cases – to expand the geography and find new markets for our products,” Viktor Yanukovych said. He added that the given work was extremely important and topical in the context of tough economic situation in the world.

The Head of State stressed that efficient implementation of the given task required reformation of the MFA.

According to the President, Ukraine should search for optimal model of its economic development.
