OREANDA-NEWS. May 17, 2012. Vladimir Putin and Dmitry Medvedev discussed the new Government Cabinet structure and staff composition.

The President will hold further consultations over the course of the day on forming the new Government Cabinet.

Mr Putin and Mr Medvedev also discussed issues on the agenda for the upcoming G8 summit. The President is unable to attend the event due to the need to deal with the new Cabinet’s formation, but Mr Medvedev will represent Russia at the summit, which will take place in the USA on May 18–19, 2012.
