OREANDA-NEWS. December 30, 2011. Azerbaijan and NATO have coordinated III stage of individual partnership Action plan (IPAP).

Foreign Ministyr of Azerbaijan reports that the III stage will cover 2012-13. The document consists of 4 parts covering politics and safety issues, military defense, public informing, civil emergency planning, science and environment, administrative issues and resource and law issues.

The first phase of IPAP was approved in 2005. Since then 2 phases of the plan have been successfully implemented and highly estimated by NATO’s official representatives.
