Chairman of Ukreximbank Mykola Udovychenko, and President & CEO of the Japan Bank for International Cooperation Hiroshi Watanabe signed Loan Agreement between the State Export-Import Bank of Ukraine and the Japan Bank for International Cooperation on opening.
