OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov held a meeting with the Vice Prime Ministers on preparation of investment programs in 2011.

"2011 should become for us the year of absolutely particular actions. I would recall that in 2011 we must build roads for 18 billion UAH. We must put into operation, the first time in the history of Ukraine, the three largest international airports" - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

However, the Head of the Government stressed, that attention should be paid not only to investment projects of national scope, but to the local ones, which can be performed during the year: "We must implement not only the large projects, but to do so that every village, every town could create jobs, implement new infrastructure projects: where we can build a hospital – we are to build it, where we can repair the kindergarten – we are to repair it" - Mykola Azarov emphasized.

He added that the Government, unfortunately, has a limited financial resource, therefore all the efforts should be directed to make each cent of the money be solely allocated to actions that improve people's lives.
