Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Armenia Edward Nalbandian held a working meeting in Moscow on November 22.

During the meeting they continued discussing topical issues related to the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement.
