OREANDA-NEWS. November 16, 2010. During the videoconference, Dmitry Medvedev and the Governor of the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area Dmitry Kobylkin discussed the socioeconomic situation in the region, in particular focusing on relocating the residents of dilapidated housing.

The President instructed Dmitry Kobylkin to allocate additional funds in the regional budget for the implementation of the programme for relocating residents of dilapidated housing.

In addition, Dmitry Medvedev informed Mr Kobylkin that he had signed an executive order transferring the ownership of Nadym Airline shares to the Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Area.
