OREANDA-NEWS. October 21, 2010.  Dmitry Medvedev signed the relevant Executive Order during his meeting with Deputy Speaker of the State Duma and Secretary of United Russia's General Council Presidium Vyacheslav Volodin.

The President also announced the appointment of Vyacheslav Volodin Deputy Chairman of the Presidential Commission for Modernisation and Technological Development of Russia’s Economy.
