OREANDA-NEWS. August 23, 2010.  Mr Medvedev submitted the candidacy of Nikolai Tsukanov to the Kaliningrad Region Duma for the post of regional governor, and the candidacy of Arsen Kanokov to the parliament of the Republic of Karbardino-Balkaria for the post of the republic’s president.
