OREANDA-NEWS. August 18, 2010.  The Russian Foreign Ministry announced on August 17 to the Romanian Charge d’Affaires ad interim that Gabriel Grecu, First Secretary of the Romanian Embassy in Moscow, was declared persona non grata for activities incompatible with his diplomatic status and causing harm to Russia’s security interests and must leave the Russian Federation within 48 hours.

The Charge d’Affaires ad interim was handed the appropriate note and a resolute protest was expressed to him.
