OREANDA-NEWS. June 28, 2010. A telephone conversation took place on June 25 between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway Jonas Gahr Store.

Questions pertaining to Russian-Norwegian relations in the context of the implementation of the agreement reached during the visit of Dmitry Medvedev, the President of Russia, to Oslo on April 26-27 this year were discussed, along with topical problems of international cooperation in the Arctic, including Arctic Council activities, the situation in the Middle East and a schedule of upcoming bilateral political contacts.
