OREANDA-NEWS. June 15, 2010. Dmitry Medvedev issued instructions to Minister of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief Sergei Shoigu to provide humanitarian aid to Kyrgyzstan.

On the President's directive, the Emergency Situations Ministry will send three cargo airplanes to Kyrgyzstan, delivering 42 tons of humanitarian supplies each. In particular, Kyrgyzstan will receive food and blankets.
