Taking part in the meeting were Presidential Aide and Secretary of the Commission Sergei Prikhodko, Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Alexei Kudrin, Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, Defence Minister Anatoly Serdyukov, Secretary of the Security Council Nikolai Patrushev, Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service Mikhail Fradkov, Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov, Director of the Federal Service for Military Technical Cooperation Mikhail Dmitriyev, CEO of Russian Technologies State Corporation Sergei Chemezov, CEO of Rosoboronexport State Corporation Anatoly Isaikin, and Deputy Industry and Trade Minister Denis Manturov.
