The Russian side particularly noted that it was important to finish the negotiations as soon as possible so that both sides can move on to signing this fundamental document, which is extremely important for safeguarding strategic security and stability.

In this context both presidents agreed to give additional instructions to their delegations on accelerating the negotiations.
