OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2010. The implementation of the Constitutional Court’s awards and improvement of the legislation governing constitutional justice were among the subjects discussed.

President Medvedev emphasised that even the smallest failure to implement the Court’s rulings affects the interests and destinies of many people. Mr Medvedev noted that Constitutional Court judgements shall be incorporated into the acts of executive authorities or result in an adjustment of legislation as required by constitutional law.
