OREANDA-NEWS. December 17, 2009. The President instructed the Government Cabinet to be guided by the national Doctrine on Climate Change in pursuing the state policy in what concerns possible global and regional climate change and its consequences.

The Climate Doctrine has been developed in accordance with instructions of the President and the Government Cabinet and in line with Russia’s commitments under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change.
