OREANDA-NEWS. November 23, 2009. Presidents Ilham Aliyev and the President of the Republic of Armenia Serj Sargsyan met at the residence of the French consulate general in Munich.

In the presence of Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs Robert Bradtke (United States of America), Bernard Fassier (France), Yury Merzlyakov (Russia), and the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk, ideas were exchanged on the current state and prospects of the negotiations to resolve the Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict over Nagorno-Karabakh.
