I warmly recall our meetings this year in Moscow, Aktau and Turkmenbashi. The implementation of our agreements is designed to further develop multifaceted ties between our two countries, as well as ensure the realisation of long-term projects in economic, energy, cultural and educational spheres, as well as in interregional cooperation. I am confident that continuing intensive contacts at all levels is in the genuine interests of the peoples of Russia and Turkmenistan and will contribute to strengthening stability in Central Asia."
