OREANDA-NEWS. October 12, 2009. During his visit to Moldova, President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev was interviewed by Azerbaijan TV. 

While answering the questions related to the current status of the negotiations for the regulation of Armenian-Azerbaijan, Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, and the outcomes of his meeting with Armenian President in Chisinau, the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan elaborated on the possible influence of the protocols, normalizing Turkish Armenian relations, upon the status-quo in the region.

President Ilham Aliyev, also, touched upon the issues related to the negotiations on transportation of Azerbaijani gas to the EU via Turkey.
