OREANDA-NEWS On 07 October was announced, that reforming of management structure and staff juvenation in the Government of Karelia is in progress. On 06 October Head of the Republic of Karelia Sergey Katanandov signed a number of Decrees on the new appointments of personnel.

Due to necessity to strengthen controls over work of enforcement authorities according to Decrees of the Head of the republic Alexander S.Kolesov and Valery D.Boinich, having continued to head financial and social blocks in the Government of Karelia, will completely concentrate their efforts on coordination of work of enforcement authorities as Assistants to the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia. Therefore, since October 4, Head of the Republic of Karelia has dismissed Assistant to the Prime Minister of the Government of the RK Alexander S.Kolesov from the post of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Karelia. By the Decree of the Head of the RK Assistant to the Prime Minister of the Government of the Republic of Karelia Valery D.Boinich is also is relieved of the post of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the RK.

By the Decree of the Head of Karelia Elmira K.Zilber is appointed to the position of the Minister of Health and Social Development of the Republic of Karelia since October 5. Sergey S.Mikhailov who used to hold the post of the First Deputy Minister of Finance of the RK is appointed acting Minister of Finance of the Republic of Karelia since October 5. In the consequence, upon necessary reconciliation and in accordance with the current legislation this designate is to be confirmed by the Legislative Assembly of the RK.

The same day Head of Karelia has signed the Decree on dismissal of Sergey I.Denisov from the post of the Representative of the Head of the Republic of Karelia to the Legislative Assembly of the RK due to a transfer to another appointment. By the Decree of the Head of the RK, Alexander V.Chazhengin who used to hold the post of the Deputy Chief of Administration of the Head of the Republic of Karelia, is appointed Representative of the Head of the Republic of Karelia to the Legislative Assembly of the RK since October 6. Since the same date Dmitry V.Dyugai is appointed Deputy Chief of Administration of the Head of the Republic of Karelia.

By the Decree of the Head of the republic Lev Y.Shustov is relieved of the post of the Minister of Natural Resources of the Republic of Karelia on his own volition due to a transfer to another appointment. Mark V.Orlov who used to fill the post of the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources of the RK is appointed new Minister of Natural Resources of the Republic of Karelia.

All the new designates possess various experience of professional and administrative activity and were members of the republic's administrative reserve.
