A telephone conversation took place on May 26 between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Miguel Angel Moratinos of Spain, during which they touched upon a number of issues in bilateral relations, along with cooperation on international affairs, including a Middle East settlement, Council of Europe activities, and other themes.
