OREANDA-NEWS. April 27, 2009. President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev received First Deputy Director of the Russian Federation`s Federal Security Service, Head of the Border Guard Service, General of the Army Vladimir Yegorovich Pronichev.

The Head of State noted Azerbaijan-Russia bilateral relations are developing successfully in all areas including the frontier service one. President Ilham Aliyev pointed out the meeting of heads of Azerbaijani, Russian and Iranian frontier services in Baku provided a forum for bilateral and multilateral discussions.
