OREANDA-NEWS. April 16, 2009. Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov held bilateral meetings with the heads of delegation of Turkey, Moldova and Greece during the 20th session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the member states of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC) Organization held in Yerevan on April 16.

During the conversations, prospects for the development of the BSEC Organization were discussed, along with diverse regional aspects of the situation in Europe and current issues in Russian bilateral relations with these countries.
