OREANDA-NEWS. March 31, 2009. Dmitry Medvedev approved a list of instructions for the Government Cabinet following a meeting with deputies elected to the local government bodies in the Tula Region.

The instructions to the Cabinet concern the organisation of health services in rural areas, financial support for the reforms in the housing and utilities sector, and the creation and financial support of local budgets.

The head of state met with deputies elected to urban and rural local government bodies in Tula on 11 March 2009.
