OREANDA-NEWS. March 26, 2009. On March 30 through 31, 2009, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will pay an official visit to Moscow at the invitation by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin.

On March 30 through 31, 2009, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates, Ruler of Dubai Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum will pay an official visit to Moscow at the invitation by Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin. 

The bilateral talks will focus on strengthening political relations and broadening trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two countries. Special emphasis will be put on boosting Russian companies' participation in major projects in the United Arab Emirates, primarily in the oil and gas, energy sectors, as well as on boosting bilateral trade turnover. Another issue on the agenda will be the prospects for UAE investments into the Russian economy, including the establishment of tourism and recreation zones.
