Prime Minister Vladimir Putin signed an Executive Order appointing Vitaly Mutko, Minister of Sport, Tourism and Youth Policy, as chairman of the Russian group in the Russian-Tunisian Intergovernmental Commission on Trade, Economic, Scientific and Technological Cooperation by relieving Vyacheslav Fetisov of these duties.
