OREANDA-NEWS  On 19 February was announced, that the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Bill "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine aiming at the Overcoming of the Negative Consequences of the Finance Crisis" as a Basis.

The Bill (Reg.№3585) "is aimed at the improvement of the law in the sphere of credit-finance regulation, provision of the stable functioning of the banking sphere and realization of the effective actions re the support of the banks liquidity etc".

Correspondingly, for the years 2009-2010 the moratorium is imposed on the forced dispossession of the housing in which the natural-person mortage provider lives or is registered, in case the interest payable are paid in time or with the maximum two months delay.
