OREANDA-NEWS. February 17, 2009. Mr Medvedev and Mr Brown discussed preparations for the G-20 summit in London in April and exchanged views on the next steps to take towards reaching concrete decisions that will help to overcome the financial crisis. The two leaders agreed that efforts need to be made to intensify this work.

Mr Medvedev informed Mr Brown that Russia is ready to present its proposals on any issues that it would be useful to discuss at the upcoming summit.

The two leaders agreed to continue exchanging views on the agenda for the London summit.
