OREANDA-NEWS. February 16, 2009. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey V. Lavrov had a telephone conversation with the Foreign Minister of the People's Republic of China Yang Jiechi at the Russian side's request. During this constructive conversation, the two Ministers discussed prospects of developing bilateral cooperation and their interaction within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, as well as other international issues of mutual interest.
