OREANDA-NEWS. February 11, 2009. They discussed the changes made by the President to the Education Act, which will result in new sorts of higher education institutions: federal universities and national research universities.

In addition the President recalled his proposals to support students who pay for their education, to make tuition fees fixed for a certain period of time, and to make loans for education more available.

The Minister briefed the President on measures taken in response to these requests.
