OREANDA-NEWS. January 30, 2009. On February 4, 2009, a special session of the Collective Security Council of the Collective Security Treaty Organisation, as well as a special session of the Interstate Council of the Eurasian Economic Community, at the head of state level, will be held in Moscow.

The Collective Security Treaty Organisation comprises Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan.

The members of EurAsEC are Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
