OREANDA-NEWS. On 30 January 2009 was announced, that on March, 1st in Murmansk area 12 elections in various authorities will take place. They will pass in 12 municipal unions.

In Murmansk and Teriberke council and head elections will take place simultaneously. That is municipalities two, and elections - four. But it is counterbalanced by that in three BUT (Polar, Rocky and Snezhnogorske) elections will pass one - in Council of deputies united BUT Aleksandrovsk. Besides, in the Kandalaksha area, apparently, it is possible to consider present elections of regional council simultaneously and elections of the mayor. Because the new head of area here will be selected, obviously, from among deputies.

The greatest interest is caused, of course, by elections in Murmansk. About candidates on a post of the head of the regional centre "Polar truth" wrote already enough in detail. All their nine. Here they in alphabetic order: Vasily Vologdin, Sergey Gabrieljan, Andrey Gennadevich Ivanov, Andrey Stepanovich Ivanov, Sergey Ivanov, Dmitry Malyshev, Michael Savchenko, Gennady Stepahno, Sergey Subbotin.

Now - about deputies. According to the chairman of the territorial selective commission of a city of Murmansk Vladimir Shulaeva, all statements for the promotion as the candidate was submitted by 140 persons. However some of them at first brought the statement, then took away, then again brought... Finally 115 candidates will be registered, most likely. That is approximately on 4 persons on one deputy "vacancy" (all in the City Council of Murmansk of 30 places). From them 73 persons are put forward by parties. 14 candidates have put forward local branch of party "Fair Russia", 11 LDPR, 20 - the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, the most impressive landing at "edinorossov" - 28 persons. However, probably, as in these data still there will be an updating though they and are taken from an official site of electoral committee. The chairman Murmansk Vladimir Shulaev has promised the TIC within the next few days to hold special press conference on which it will sound the most exact and latest data.

Very ambiguous situation develops in Kandalaksha. Under last data, elections here will pass under the following formula: inhabitants of four municipal unions entering into area, should select 21 deputies in council: 15 from Kandalaksha, 3 from settlement Zelenoborsky, 2 from Alakurtti, 1 from Zarechenska.

There was also other variant. At first to hold an election in each municipal union, from local councils to select delegates on the general council of all area (on 5 persons). And already this general council should select the head of all area. But this variant finally have refused.

As the chairman Kandalaksha has told the TIC Vladimir Goncharenko, were put forward in candidates of 85 persons. From them from party "Uniform Russia" 18, the Communist Party of the Russian Federation - 6, LDPR - 11. "Fair Russia" candidates did not put forward. Self-promotion - 50 persons. From them 46 - on subscription lists, 4 - on pledge. Now 67 candidates are registered.

After elections deputies of council should select the head of area. However, judging by results of last public hearings on this question, inhabitants of municipal union consider, that the mayor from among deputies to select does not follow. And as the given collision will be resolved, is not clear yet.

With elections in BUT Aleksandrovsk all too is uneasy. They were under the threat of failure because the Council of deputies Polar has appointed the decision to March, 1st elections to Council of deputies BUT Polar. This decision has been cancelled on court. And poljarninsky council and administration BUT elections in united BUT have obliged to spend on March, 1st Aleksandrovsk as that and is demanded by the special Decree of the president of the Russian Federation about association of three BUT.

According to all available information, elections in BUT Aleksandrovsk will pass in general under the following formula: 21 deputy from 21 one-mandatory districts. 8 districts territorially are in Polar, 7 - in Snezhnogorske, 6 - in Rocky.

The chairman poljarninskoj to the selective commission Jury Kudryavtsev has informed us, that reception of statements from candidates comes to an end on January, 27th. As of January, 26th (at the moment of preparation of this article for the publication) statements for participation in elections have submitted from above 50 persons.

After elections in the City Council united BUT deputies should select Aleksandrovsk and the head BUT.

On elections of deputies of council of Tersky area now it is known about 46 put forward candidates. In total places in council 15. From put forward five - representatives of "Uniform Russia", one from LDPR, the others - self-promoted workers.

In Council of deputies BUT Island it is even less than places - 10. While it is known about 27 applicants. From parties here activity is shown only by "Uniform Russia", from it 9 candidates are put forward.

8 candidates reckon on a post of the head of rural settlement Teriberka. And here into place in poselkovom council (10 places) 32 candidates will apply here, on preliminary data. From them 10 from "Uniform Russia", 8 - from LDPR.

On elections in poselkovyj settlement Council of deputies Dairy all four basic political parties are presented. From 37 candidates 10 it is put forward by local branch "Uniform Russia", 3 - "Fair Russia", one - the Communist Party of the Russian Federation, two - LDPR. In total in molochninskom council of 11 places.

In Council of deputies of settlement Murmashi of 15 places. And here it is more than proposed candidates - 57. From them from "Uniform Russia" 14 candidates, from "Fair Russia" - 14 candidates. And one candidate - from LDPR. The others - self-promoted workers.

On repeated elections of the deputy of Council of deputies BUT Vidjaevo on five-mandatory election district № 3 it is known about promotion of three applicants. One - from "Uniform Russia". On a by-election of the deputy of Council of deputies of municipal union the Kola area it is known about 4 proposed candidates. One - from "Uniform Russia", one more - from "Fair Russia".
