The complex processes currently underway on the international stage make it more important than ever to build up our constructive cooperation.  

We value highly our practice of open and trusting dialogue. The annual high-level intergovernmental consultations we hold, the tenth round took place successfully just yesterday, are convincing evidence of our dialogue’s effectiveness. I hope to continue intensive contacts with Germany’s leadership in accordance with our strategic partnership concept. 

I am sure that our equal and mutually beneficial relations will continue their dynamic development for the good of the Russian and German peoples”.
