OREANDA-NEWS. September 24, 2008. The two leaders discussed preparations for intergovernmental consultations scheduled for November this year in Russia. The consultations, which involve key government ministers from both countries, have traditionally taken place on the sidelines of bilateral summit meetings over these last years.

In this context, Mr Medvedev and Mr Berlusconi exchanged views on bilateral cooperation issues, including cultural and humanitarian ties, and cooperation in international affairs.
