OREANDA-NEWS. On September 9, talks between Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and the heads of the foreign affairs agencies of South Ossetia and Abkhazia, Murat Dzhioev and Sergey Shamba, will take place in Moscow. There will be exchanged the notes on the establishment by Russia and the aforesaid states of diplomatic relations at the level of embassies.

The ministers will also discuss the drafts prepared by the sides’ experts of treaties on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance between Russia and South Ossetia and between Russia and Abkhazia.
