OREANDA-NEWS. On April 22, 2008 a conversation between Russian Federation Minister of Foreign Affairs Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice took place in Kuwait on the sidelines of the international meeting on Iraq.

The ministers discussed key problems on the international agenda and in the Russian-American strategic dialogue. Current issues in bilateral relations also were touched on.
