OREANDA-NEWS. The Head of State noted that in the XVII century, the Ukrainian nation has been one of the most educated in Europe. «We must not only support, but also improve and preserve them. That is why there is nothing more important than the construction of schools, support for education, provision of modern technologies in schools,» the President said.

Petro Poroshenko emphasized that the development of schools in villages is a priority. According to him, for many years people in Ukraine have been saying that «the Ukrainian village dies, there are no jobs there and the government has no solutions».
