The document was signed by the leaders of the political parties “Fatherland”, “European Solidarity”, and “Voice”.

US President also said that America and Russia could conclude a nuclear agreement, which at some stage will include China and other countries.

This is stated in a letter sent to the leader of the Senate Democrats, Charles Schumer.
