OREANDA-NEWS  Russia will not give up the new realities in the form of the annexed state territories and the Constitution. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, his words are quoted by RIA Novosti.

Moscow's dialogue with Kiev is possible only taking into account the new territorial realities, presidential spokesman  Peskov said.

According to him, the Russian side will not give up the amendments to the constitution that were made after the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporozhye regions joined the country.
