OREANDA-NEWS  Commenting on the proposal of the World Economic Forum (WEF) to create a neutral fleet in the Black Sea requires knowledge of the details, Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said and declined to comment on the idea.

A new report from the World Economic Forum (WEF) says that neutral states should create a naval task force in the Black Sea to escort merchant ships exporting grain and fertilizers from the region.

"Here, of course, it is very important to understand the details. Since I do not have the details of this proposal, I probably will not undertake to comment," Peskov said in response to a question about the reaction to the proposal of the WEF report.
