OREANDA-NEWS.Notarization of the transaction, translation of documents and other operations can be carried out without the presence of the applicant, said Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev. 

According to him, it will only be required to provide electronic forms of the necessary documents, their images through the Unified portal of public services. 

Finished notarized document will be available in two versions: paper and electronic. 

In addition, it will be available to remotely send money to the notary to pay off the debt, as well as non-documentary securities.
