OREANDA-NEWS The musician Noize MC* (Ivan Alekseev), recognized as a foreign agent, appealed against a fine of 50 thousand rubles for discrediting the Russian army, according to the file of the Tverskoy Court of Moscow.

"A complaint has been received against the decision in the case of an administrative offense," the file says.

According to official court documents available to RIA Novosti, Alekseev* pleaded not guilty to discrediting the army.

Alekseev* was brought to justice for a post dated August 15, 2024. During the monitoring, an employee of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the news Telegram channel "Readovka" revealed an information post by a user named "noizemc", which is Alekseev*, in the form of text and photographic images of thematic content, in which the musician "publicly expresses a clear negative attitude towards the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, the maintenance of international peace and security," the documents specify.

The representative of Alekseev* asked to terminate the proceedings in the case, referring to the fact that he "did not distribute this information post on the Internet and he has nothing to do with the telegram channel "Readovka".

NoizeMC* was included in the register of foreign agents in the fall of 2022. Subsequently, he was fined several times for violations of the law on foreign agents.
