Moscow Authorities Announced Fines for Legal Entities for Failing Vaccinations
OREANDA-NEWS. The fine for non-compliance with the requirements for vaccination against coronavirus 60% of employees for legal entities is up to 1 million rubles, for individual entrepreneurs - 50 thousand rubles, the head of the Main Control Department of Moscow Evgeny Danchikov told RIA Novosti.
"In case of non-compliance of the requirements of the chief sanitary doctor's order, administrative liability is envisaged, it is now already in the Administrative Offenses Code, and the fine for non-fulfillment of requirements for individual entrepreneurs is 50 thousand rubles, for legal entities up to 1 million rubles," Danchikov said.
Danchikov added that if the requirements are not met, the question of suspending the organization's activities will also be considered.
On Wednesday morning, the head of Rospotrebnadzor in Moscow, Elena Andreeva, decided to provide vaccination against coronavirus for workers in trade, services, catering, transport, healthcare, housing and communal services, MFC, education, culture and organizations working with children. According to the decree, at least 60% of employees must be vaccinated with two components of the vaccine in such organizations by mid-August.
The Moscow region authorities made a similar decision. The mayor of the capital, Sergei Sobyanin, in his blog called the situation with the morbidity dramatic, noting that more than 12 thousand people are in hospitals with COVID-19. He urged to treat the compulsory vaccination of workers in the service sector in Moscow with understanding.
