OREANDA-NEWS Moscow and Delhi have the political will to develop relations in a variety of areas, said Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation.

"There are a variety of areas of cooperation that we intend to develop (between Russia and India), for which there is a mutual political will," Peskov told reporters.
